In the second case, a motorcyclist was traveling on North Avenue near Thatcher Avenue in Elmwood Park, Illinois when he was struck and thrown from his bike by a vehicle who made an improper left turn. He suffered a lower back fracture that required pain management and physical therapy. The attorneys from The Kryder Law Group filed a lawsuit alleging negligence on the part of the other driver. The case settled for the full policy limit of $100,000.
