The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to The Kryder Law Group, LLC Accident and Injury Lawyers’ giveaway promotion offering a $5 coffee to new riders who sign up for the new rider mailing list. By participating in this giveaway, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

This document outlines the rules for participating in the giveaway. It applies to eligible individuals who meet the stated criteria and comply with these Terms.

2. Definitions

• Promoter: The Kryder Law Group, LLC Accident and Injury Lawyers.
• Participant: Any individual who enters the giveaway by signing up for the new rider mailing list.
• Prize: A $5 coffee, redeemable as described in Section 4 below. 
• Giveaway Period: The duration during which the promotion is active, beginning July 10, 2025, and concluding on September 30, 2025.

3. Eligibility

To qualify for this giveaway:

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must be a new subscriber to the designated mailing list for riders. Existing subscribers are not eligible.
• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of The Kryder Law Group, LLC Accident and Injury Lawyers, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible.
• The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Participate

To participate in the giveaway:

1. Visit the official sign-up page during the Giveaway Period.
2. Provide all required information, including a valid email address, and confirm your subscription to the new rider mailing list.

Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize Details

• The Prize consists of a $5 coffee, delivered as a digital gift card or equivalent.
• The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
• The total number of prizes is subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Disclaimers

• The Promoter is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, or lost sign-up submissions.
• Participation in this giveaway is at the Participant’s own risk. The Promoter disclaims all liability for any issues or damages resulting from participation or Prize redemption.
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have violated these Terms or engaged in inappropriate or fraudulent behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

The Kryder Law Group, LLC retains all rights in its trademarks, logos, and materials. Use of such intellectual property without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

This giveaway and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Chicago, Illinois.

9. Amendments

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the giveaway or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the official terms and conditions page.
